Please take note that using excessive amounts of Red-Red, Christmas Red, and Black may alter the taste of your icing. For large areas of red on a cake, we recommend using No-Taste Red. Additionally, when using Black, it is recommended to start with chocolate icing to minimize the amount of color required.
